#booktropes shot to 128 of every 1,000 posts in four months, then fell to 2.6. #romantasy rose from 1.5 to 24.8 over the same years. "a viral month tells me what was loud that month," and two tags aren't enough to say what lasts.

Don't reshape a manuscript around one loud month.
