What I found
In my file, the top 1% of accounts got 46% of all plays, and big accounts made a fifth of posts but half of the top posts. Still, one in five top posts came from accounts under 10,000 followers. "they aren't a dead end."

The small accounts are the ones you can realistically reach. Start there.
