Goodreads only shows today's count, and today's total includes every year since the book came out. The Friend Zone had 4,611 ratings on July 21, 2019, six weeks after it came out, and 495,422 on October 3, 2026. A saved copy from December 15, 2021 shows 63,408, so most of its ratings arrived years later, alongside her later books. The Internet Archive keeps dated copies of Goodreads pages, so you can often see the count at earlier points, like the months before an author's next book.
